GRILLA was founded on the idea that the vast majority of esports community members are not able to reach their maximum potential in the current landscape. At Grilla we're defining what tomorrow looks like for esports with a relentless focus on the community's needs.

Our first initiative is delivering innovative tournament operations tools that give the community the best experience possible. We know that organizers create the ecosystem for esports to thrive, but have been left with legacy tools that don't properly support them in this effort. At Grilla, we want to enable organizers to give players the opportunity to compete more frequently, for bigger prize pools and in a way that brings fans closer to the competition.

The NECC is the go-to league for collegiate esports programs as it continuously supports its players and affiliates with the most professional attitude in the space. It also provides viewers with the best gaming experience while rooting for their favorite teams. The NECC started back in 2020 with the participation of 36 schools and quickly grew its numbers to nearly 300+ schools. The NECC looks forward to becoming home for all collegiate gaming communities.

"We're thrilled to partner with GRILLA," said NECC Commissioner Jacob VanRyn. "We're excited to work with them to provide our players and our community with exciting opportunities to compete and use their platform. Their commitment to their community is very similar to ours in that we're always trying to support and provide them with the best possible experiences and opportunities. We're excited to work with GRILLA."
