Kylie Welch, Director of Social Media for the NECC and the University of Central Florida, was recently honored at the Scholastic Esports Awards as she was recognized with the Social Media Excellence Award. 

The Scholastic Esports Awards was held for the first time this past Saturday evening in Columbus, Ohio on the campus of The Ohio State University.

Welch is currently in her first year as the Director of Social Media for the NECC and has helped elevate the conference's social media presence and profile across a variety of platforms.
