The National Esports Collegiate Conference (NECC) is proud to be supporting two conference championships this weekend. The conference will be working with both the Great American Conference (GAC) at their championship LAN, as well as the Maine Esports Collegiate Association (MECA).
The GAC Championship will take place on Saturday, April 18th and will be hosted by East Central University in Ada, Oklahoma. The MECA Championship will begin on Saturday and they will be crowning their champions on Sunday, April 19. The MECA event will be hosted by Husson University in Bangor, Maine.
"We're proud to be working with both of these outstanding organizations," said NECC Commissioner Jacob VanRyn. "Our staff is looking forward to being at both events this weekend to support their efforts."
The Great American Conference is a Division II Athletic Conference with 12 member schools located throughout Arkansas and Oklahoma. The Maine Esports Collegiate Association is a consortium of colleges and universities located throughout the state of Maine.
