NECC Shares More Information about Partnership with FITGMR, Including Health and Wellness Webinar Series and Giveaway Opportunities

Today, The National Esports Collegiate Conference (NECC) shared more information about its partnership with FITGMR, including the announcement of a monthly wellness webinar series designed to help support and promote the well-being of the collegiate community.

Additionally, as part of the partnership, there will be a number of giveaway opportunities throughout the academic year. One lucky NECC team will win a trip for up to six players / coaches to travel to the Riot Studios in Los Angeles, California to watch a C9 match live.

As part of this kick-off, Jack Etienne, Co-Founder & CEO of Cloud9, would like to share a sneak peak into the League of Legends Worlds Swiss Stage tomorrow night just a few hours before the team's first match against Mad Lions! 

Etienne will be speaking from the LoL Worlds Swiss Stage in South Korea on Thursday, October 19 at 10:30pm ET/7:30pm PST. The webinar will be hosted by the NECC on their Discord channel which can be accessed by clicking here.

Etienne is expected to speak for approximately 30 minutes. He will share a behind-the-scenes look at the C9 experience at Worlds, talk about his team's development under FITGMR, and be available for an ask me anything period. 

The 'Wellness Wednesday Webinars' will feature a member of the gaming community speaking about health and well-being for the community. The Wellness Webinar series will kickoff with Utica University director Daniel Sportello on Wednesday, October 25th at 2pm ET.

The webinar series will be hosted by the NECC on their Discord channel which can be accessed by clicking hereEach session will also be recorded and shared so that the NECC community can watch it at a later date.
