NECC's New Partnership with Samsung SSD Kicks off with Winter Invitational Valorant Tournament featuring a Prize Pool of over $3,500
The National Esports Collegiate Conference (NECC) announced that it will be hosting it's first-ever Winter Invitational Valorant Tournament today. The Tournament is a result of the conference's new partnership with Samsung SSD. It will feature a prize pool of $3,500 in cash, as well as other prizes thanks to the partnership with Samsung SSD.
The Winter Invitational will run from Friday, February 25th through Sunday, February 27th.

The championship-winning team will receive $2,500, and all championship-winning players will receive a Samsung SSD prize pack that includes a Samsung Solid State Drive 980 Pro, as well as other Samsung SSD merchandise. The runner-up team will win $1,000.

The Winter Invitational presented by Samsung SSD will feature a single elimination tournament with all matches being best of three. The NECC will be releasing the official tournament rulebook shortly.
The NECC Winter Invitational presented by Samsung SSD will be a single-elimination tournament with preliminary round play on Friday, February 25 and Saturday, February 26. The Semifinals and Championship will take place on Sunday, February 27. All game times will be announced upon completion of registration.
Registration is open now and will run through mid-February.
