Our divisional structure has been a hallmark of the NECC since day one. Whether your team is on the best of the best or you simply want to play recreationally with friends, our model works to ensure an outstanding, competitive experience.
Thanks to our growth, not only have we been able to grow our divisional model, but we now offer competition based on where your program is located. Reduced ping issues and playing local rivals helps lead to a better experience in the NECC.
Offering more and more LANs each semester, we're excited to provide more in-person competition. We're also proud to have an extremely diverse footprint of members across North America.
Our staff is committed to ensuring that every player that competes in the NECC has a first-class experience. We have a devoted team of employees, including our executive team, game managers, casters, producers, and interns.
Since its inception, the NECC has placed grassroots values first and foremost. Putting the players' experience first, the NECC works to provide competitive matchmaking with quality broadcasting. The NECC collaborates with schools one-on-one to ensure their needs are being met and progress is being made towards the program's desired goals and outcomes
We reward and celebrate our champions and will always do so. Last year, we awarded over 200 conference champions and recognized each one with a championship trophy.
Our NECC Nationals' winners receive prize money, awarded to each of our respective national champions across each of our divisions in each of the games we currently offer.
